Problem: Existing cement grout showed signs of shrinkage and lacked adhesion against the track. Additionally, the anchor bolts were twisted, making it impossible to fasten them after pouring the grout. Both issues were addressed during the reinstallation.

Solution: Marking and demolition of the foundation in poor condition, cutting of the old bolts, installation of new anchor bolts, leveling of the rails, filling with cement, and after curing, applying the Apoltec 800 epoxy grout.
