Problem: Corrosion has led to the loss of thread and holding capacity of bolts.

Solution: To address this issue, the following steps were taken:

1. Screeding and Removal: Anchor bolts in poor condition were removed.
2. Cleaning and Scarifying: The foundation was thoroughly cleaned and scarified to prepare it for reinstallation.
3. Installation of New Anchor Bolts: New anchor bolts were installed to replace the old ones.
4. Regrouting and Restructuring: The foundation was regrouted, and additional reinforcement was added to strengthen its structure.
